If you package your skin using the .rmskin format you may submit it to the #Rainmeter skins gallery. This would also make it easier for users to install your skin.

Installation:
- Copy 'Fill Me Battery' folder
"- Paste it into Rainmeter's addons directory"
- Refresh the Rainmeter application at the tray icon

Don't you mean post in Rainmeters skin directory?
